Total Business Care, LLC is celebrating 35 years of providing integrated services of accounting, tax, and consulting to clients who are in the Bay Area, statewide and across the country! We are thankful and appreciative for our relationships with clients, staff, supportive network, associates, vendors, and community.

With our original business purpose being to provide general management and financial services, we began to serve clients using innovative tools available in the mid-1980s: a manual cash bookkeeping system known as the “Blue Beauty”, an East Coast based computerized income tax service which required 20 – 30 days of processing by mail, and our own simple one-page outline of a business plan. With a tag line of “Our Client’s Success is Our Success”, clients began to receive our services and our appreciation.

As times have changed, so have we...but the purpose of our firm has stayed the same. Our name as we chose for our firm, Total Business Care (TBC), states our promise to provide broad based services with nurturing attention to the many clients we serve by providing the training, processes and services that assist clients to start, grow, add value, and exit from their businesses. Unchanged is our core objective, which is to both define and provide transactional processing plus forward seeking analysis and strategic advice.

TBC is committed to help clients achieve the success they desire. Since our founding, we have developed and introduced programs that helps clients succeed. Our Care Product lines of QuickCare℠, Financial Care℠ and Entity Care℠ attest to this effort.

In addition to these unique and service-marked products, the TBC Team keeps current with professional certifications and technology to support the development of the objectives of our clients. Based on the measurement of client desired results, TBC staff members work together as an effective team to achieve the desired results for our clients. Our interdepartmental collaboration approach has proven successful. As we proudly state, “Do what you do best, and we will take care of the rest.”

Our path these thirty-five years has given us an appreciation of the results that have been achieved and the trust that has been shared with clients we have served both past and present. We treasure the personal long-term relationships that we have developed with our business and individual clients. Our nonprofit experience, which spans the full length of our business life, has been rewarding. TBC is pleased to have a collaborative network of professionals who are able to assist our clients when needed. We are also pleased to be a part of a thriving local community that offers opportunities and support.
